Step 1:

Prepare the mortar as recommended

•ÙüåâÌâåÊFirst of all, it is imperative to prepare the mortar as directed. Pour 1 bag of Magicbond – Block Joining Adhesive in 11-14 liters of clean potable water. Use a stirrer to mix it thoroughly.

Step 2:

Make the surface wet before applying Magicbond

To allow Magicbond – Block Joining Adhesive to work better, spray some water on the surface of the AAC block prior to its application.

Step 3:

Apply a 2-3mm layer of Magicbond – Block Joining Adhesive

In comparison to conventional mortar, Magicbond – Block Joining Adhesive provides high bond strength even with a thin layer of an application. So, apply a 2-3mm layer only.

Step 4:•ÙüåâÌâåÊPut another AAC block and continue the process

Place another unit of AAC block on the mortar bed and hammer it with a rubber mallet lightly on the top. Repeat the process till your wall is ready.
